About Shaw House
Shaw House is temporarily closed. In April of 2026, the Shaw Fire caused damage to the external utilities and nearby buildings. Repairs and visitor safety assessments are ongoing. The cabin will re-open when conditions are safe to do so and utilities are operational. Thank you for your patience. The house is nestled in a dramatic landscape of canyons and rock formations offering guests to the area a unique lodging experience. Nearby trails provide excellent hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding opportunities. An air conditioner/heating climate control unit makes Shaw House a year-round destination.
